General
Which speakers suit my event?
That depends on the number of guests and the location. Up to 75 people: QSC K10 basic set (€150/day). 75-150 people: QSC K12.2 premium set (€180/day). 150-300 people or outdoor: QSC Club Standard set with 2× sub (€325/day). Not sure? Call us for personal advice! All prices listed are incl. 21% VAT; the website also shows the amount excl. VAT.
Are all cables and accessories included?
Yes! All sets are delivered complete with all necessary cables, stands and power cables. You only need to plug in and enjoy.
Is the equipment difficult to use?
No, not at all! Our speakers are plug-and-play. We provide clear instructions and phone support is always available if you have questions.
Prices & Payment
What do your speaker sets cost?
QSC K10 basic set: €150/day. QSC K12.2 Premium set: €180/day. QSC Club Standard set: €325/day. Vinyl Standard set: €225/day. All prices include 21% VAT; with the incl./excl. button in the menu bar you can see the amount excl. VAT everywhere too.
Can I rent for multiple days?
Yes. Indicate in your quote request for how many days you want to rent, and we will arrange pickup and return together.
When do I have to pay?
On pickup or delivery. We accept cash and bank transfers. A deposit is not mandatory but may be requested for certain events.
Are there any extra costs?
Delivery costs depend on the location. Request a quote for the exact price.
Delivery & Pickup
Where can I pick up the equipment?
At Distributieweg 46, 2645 EJ Delfgauw. We schedule a suitable time together for pickup and return.
Do you deliver as well?
Yes! We deliver throughout Delft and the surrounding area (The Hague, Rotterdam, Zoetermeer, Rijswijk and more). Delivery costs depend on the distance.
Can you also set up and pick up again?
Yes, that is possible for an additional fee. Contact us for the options and prices.
Use & Technical
Can I connect my laptop/DJ controller?
Absolutely! All sets have a mixer with XLR and jack inputs. Pioneer DJ sets, laptops, phones - everything can be connected.
How much power do I need?
Our speakers need a normal power socket (230V). We recommend always checking the availability of power at your location.
What if something breaks?
Normal wear and tear is no problem. In case of intentional damage or gross negligence, compensation may be requested. We recommend handling the equipment with care.
Do I get instructions with the equipment?
Yes! We give a brief explanation at pickup/delivery and provide written instructions. Phone support is always available during your event.
Booking & Cancellation
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially on weekends. Last-minute is sometimes possible - call us to check availability!
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, cancelling up to 48 hours before the event is free. For cancellations within 48 hours we charge 50% of the rental price.
How do I know if my date is available?
Fill in the quote form or call us at 06 14 28 87 74. We will check availability for you right away.
