Terms & Conditions

• Lessor: AudioVerhuurDelft VOF, Chamber of Commerce no. 42040841 (trade name: AudioVerhuurDelft)
• Renter: The natural or legal person who rents equipment
• Equipment: All audio and DJ equipment rented out by the lessor
• Rental period: The agreed period during which the equipment is rented

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and deliveries by AudioVerhuurDelft. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

• The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours)
• Rental runs from 09:00 to 09:00 the following day
• All rental prices stated on the website and in quotations are including 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise in writing
• Prices exclude any delivery costs
• Prices are subject to change, except for confirmed reservations

• Reservations are confirmed after receipt of the deposit + rental price
• Payment in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon pick-up
• The deposit amounts to 2× the daily rate of the rented equipment; the daily rate is the amount stated on the quotation/agreement including VAT per calendar day
• The deposit is refunded within 3 working days after a damage-free return

• Up to 48 hours before rental: Free cancellation, full refund
• 24-48 hours before rental: 50% of the rental price will be charged
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% rental price + deposit forfeited

• Standard pick-up: Distributieweg 46, 2645 EJ Delfgauw
• Opening hours: Mon-Sun 08:00-20:00 (by appointment)
• Delivery: Possible in Delft and the surrounding area, costs on request
• The renter ensures accessibility of the delivery location

• Equipment may only be used by persons with sufficient technical knowledge
• Standard use is indoor; outdoor use only after consultation
• No modifications or repairs to the equipment are permitted
• Equipment must be used in accordance with the manual and specifications

• The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period
• Normal wear and tear is for the account of the lessor
• Damage due to improper use, negligence or intent is for the account of the renter
• In case of theft, a police report is mandatory within 24 hours
• Maximum liability of the renter: the replacement value of the equipment

In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, government measures, or technical malfunctions), the lessor may suspend or dissolve the agreement without any compensation.

• Dutch law applies to all agreements
• Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague
• Consumers may also opt for the disputes committee
