We only collect the data that is necessary for renting out DJ equipment:

• Contact details: Name, email address, phone number
• Address details: For delivery and invoicing
• Event details: Date, location, type of event for planning
• Identification: Copy of ID (optional, only for deposit verification)

• Processing rental requests and quotes
• Communication about your rental and service
• Invoicing and administration
• Improving our services

• Active rental: During the rental period + 1 year
• Tax administration: 7 years (legally required)
• Marketing: Until unsubscription or objection
• On request: Data is deleted where legally possible

On the quote page you can speak your request instead of typing. The following applies:

• The audio recording is sent directly to OpenAI (Whisper for transcription and GPT for organising the data) and is afterwards not stored by us.
• We only use the text transcript to pre-fill your form — you can see this in your browser. We do not store the transcript separately beyond the normal request logging (max. 24 hours).
• OpenAI processes this data as a processor in accordance with their terms and does not use it to train their models (API traffic).
• You can always skip this feature and fill in the form yourself.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is only shared with:

• Our accountant (for tax administration)
• Authorities (only if legally required)

You always have the right to:

• Access: To know what data we hold about you
• Rectification: To have incorrect data corrected
• Erasure: To have your data deleted (where possible)
• Portability: To receive your data in a readable form

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
